Fear

The command not to be afraid appears through Scripture more than almost any other, and it is almost never given on its own. It comes attached to a reason, and the reason is always God's presence rather than the absence of danger.

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Isaiah 41:10KJV

The reason given is not that nothing is wrong.
