The prayers in the Bible are far less tidy than the ones we tend to pray. Growth here usually means saying the true thing rather than the acceptable one.

11Verse 11. Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
Think about this
What have you not said to God because it felt inappropriate?
Pray
God, I would rather be honest with you than careful.
